Summary:

The Cutler Ridge Section 3 Resurfacing and Drainage Improvement Project will be carried out in two phases. The purpose of these proposed improvements is to restrict the discharge of hazardous pollutants to area canals and to improve water quality and quantity treatment.
Phase One of the project will see drainage improvement (including milling and resurfacing) to the area bounded by and including Montego Bay Drive to the north, Bluewater Road to the east, Pan American Drive to the south, and Anchor Road to the west. It will take approximately 180 days to complete.

Phase Two of the project will see the milling and resurfacing to the area bounded by Montego Bay Drive to the north, Anchor Road to the west, Gulfstream Road to the east, and SW 212th Street to the south. It will take approximately 60 days to complete.
The project will consist of drainage improvements, exfiltration trenches for water quality treatment, new outfall pipe connection, roadway resurfacing, pavement markings, and site restoration. The paving scope of work will generally consist of 1” edge milling (3’ wide strip) and 1” resurfacing. The drainage will consist of installation of continuous exfiltration trenches (anticipating 24” diameter) interconnected with catch basins and manholes.
