Town of Cutler Bay Social Media Comment Policy

As part of our ongoing effort to streamline communication and provide residents with accurate, timely information, the Town of Cutler Bay has disabled comments on our social media posts.

This policy allows us to focus on delivering clear and consistent updates to the community by ensuring our messages are clear and easily accessible.

While commenting is not available on our posts, there are still many ways to connect with us, share feedback, and stay informed:

Town Council Meetings

Residents are encouraged to participate in Town Council Meetings and Workshops either in person at Town Hall or virtually. Information on submitting public comments and joining meetings can be found in our calendar.

Posts are Still Shareable

Although commenting is disabled on our original posts, all Town content remains shareable. If you wish to express your thoughts or start a conversation, you are welcome to share any of our posts to your account, story, or community page, and comment there.


Exception: Collaborative Posts

On occasion, we may enable comments on posts created in collaboration with an outside agency, partner, or sponsor where that entity is the primary publisher of the content. In such cases, the commenting policy of the lead organization applies.
