Protect, Prepare, Grow | Small Business Workshop

Join the Town of Cutler Bay for a free Small Business Month workshop hosted in partnership with the Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office and TD Bank.

Business owners will learn practical safety strategies through Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, including how lighting, visibility, access control, and property improvements can help reduce crime opportunities and build community confidence.

TD Bank will also provide a presentation on access to capital, covering the 5 Cs of Credit, what banks evaluate when reviewing financing requests, and different financing options available to small businesses. TD Bank will also share small business lending information, including financing resources for cash flow, working capital, equipment, expansion, and other business needs.

Free and open to local small business owners and entrepreneurs.
