Cutler Bay Shares First Look at Future Town Hall and Community Center

Cutler Bay, FL - January 27, 2026 - The Town of Cutler Bay is sharing a first look at the exterior renderings for its future Town Hall and Community Center, key components of the Legacy Park project that will serve as a central civic and community hub for residents.
The renderings were presented to the Town Council at the January 27, 2026, Legacy Park Workshop. During the workshop, the Council discussed the project’s financials and reviewed an early visual preview of the vision for a modern, welcoming campus designed to house municipal services while also creating spaces for community programs, gatherings, and public engagement. The design emphasizes accessibility, functionality, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
The future Town Hall is envisioned as a central location for residents to access Town services and engage with local government, while the Community Center will support a wide range of programming. The Community Center is also planned to include a new aquatics facility, expand recreational opportunities, and support community wellness. Together, these facilities are intended to strengthen civic life and provide flexible spaces that reflect the needs of a growing community.
“These renderings represent an important milestone in a process that began in 2019,” said Mayor Tim Meerbott. “They reflect years of planning to create a shared civic campus that brings together Town services and community spaces designed to serve residents today and for generations to come.”
The Legacy Park project is part of the Town’s long-term vision to invest in public infrastructure, create meaningful gathering spaces, and enhance residents’ quality of life. As the project advances, the Town will continue to share updates and future milestones with the community.
Renderings shown are conceptual and subject to refinement as the project progresses.
