Cutler Bay Wings Over the Bay 2026

Cutler Bay, FL – March 16, 2026 – The Town of Cutler Bay hosted its 9th Annual Wings Over the Bay this past Saturday, March 14, at Cutler Ridge Park. The event featured local restaurants and amateur competitors showcasing their best buffalo, grilled, and parmesan wings in a judged competition. In addition to the judged categories, attendees voted for the People's Choice Best Wing winner.

Community and Leadership Support

The event was highlighted by a special presentation from the Office of Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar, who presented the Town with a $2 million check for drainage, stormwater, and infrastructure improvements for the Lakes by the Bay Community. This funding represents a significant investment in long-term resilience and quality of life for Cutler Bay residents. The Town is deeply grateful to Congresswoman Salazar and her office for securing this vital federal funding.

Also in attendance were Florida State Senator Alexis Calatayud and Miami-Dade County Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins, along with Councilmembers BJ Duncan, Suzy Lord, and Richard Ramirez. Their participation, along with the support of local businesses and residents, contributed to the event's success.

The Town also thanks Ricky Valido and The Hialeah Hillbillies for their performance, which added to the event's festive atmosphere.
