Cutler Bay Cleanup

Join us at the Restoration Site! In collaboration with the South Florida Water Management District and LivableCutler, volunteers can earn community service hours by planting natives, removing invasive species, and safeguarding the environment.

Community Input Opportunity: Join Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (DERM) as they gather public input to help guide the design of the Cutler Marsh and Mangroves Restoration Project. This 135-acre restoration will reconnect freshwater flow, improve water quality, and enhance native coastal marsh and mangrove habitats adjacent to Biscayne National Park and Biscayne Bay.

Location & Parking:

Restoration Site: Old Cutler Road & SW 184 Street
Parking is available east of Old Cutler Road curbside along SW 184 Street.

FREE Backpack Giveaway: Be among the first to arrive! The Town of Cutler Bay will be giving away free backpacks to the first 100 volunteers who check in at the event.

Street. Safety equipment, tools and water will be provided.
