Executive Attorney-Client Session

The Town Council will hold an attorney-client session in accordance with Section 286.011, F.S. regarding the below styled case:

 MATER ACADEMY FOUNDATION, INC v. TOWN OF CUTLER BAY, FLORIDA

The Eleventh Judicial Circuit Case No.: 2023-73-AP-01

The meeting is to be held at 5:00 P.M, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.  Mayor Tim Meerbott, Vice Mayor Michael P. Callahan, Councilmember Suzy Lord, Councilmember Robert “BJ” Duncan, Councilmember Richard M. Ramirez, and the Town Manager Rafael Casals shall meet in private with Town Attorneys Mitchell Bierman, Chad Friedman, and Laura K. Wendell of Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L., in the Executive Conference Room at the Cutler Bay Town Center, 10720 Caribbean Boulevard, Cutler Bay, Florida 33189. 

A certified court reporter shall record the time and termination of the session, all discussions and proceedings that occur, the names of all persons present at any time during the session and the names of all persons speaking.  The transcript shall be made part of the public records upon conclusion of the litigation.
