Bel Aire, Eureka Drive Ests, Cutler Country Groves, Allom Ests and South Grove Water Quality Improvement Project

This project will enhance drainage and water quality in several neighborhood sub-basins as part of the Town’s Stormwater Master Plan and Miami-Dade County’s Local Mitigation Strategy. Improvements include installation of new drainage systems with exfiltration trenches for water quality treatment, roadway milling and resurfacing, pavement and sidewalk repairs, ADA ramp upgrades, and site restoration. These upgrades will alleviate flooding, improve stormwater runoff quality, and enhance neighborhood drivability and appearance.

The project limits include the following sub-basins: Bel Aire Sec 1.2. Bel Aire Sec 6, Bel Aire Sec 12, Bel Aire Sec 19, Bel Aire Sec 22, Eureka Drive Ests, Cutler Country Groves 1^st Addn, Allom Ests, and South Grove.
