CANCELED: Drive-In Golf Cart Movie Night

Due to High Winds Drive-In Golf Cart Movie Night is Canceled

We’re very saddened to inform you that we will be canceling our Drive-in Golf Cart Movie Night tonight due to high winds.

To go into detail, the movie is projected onto a large 23 foot inflatable screen, provided by our vendor, Partyflix. This inflatable screen cannot withstand high winds. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Miami-Dade County until 7 PM, with west winds between 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected. Unfortunately, the wind speed is stronger than what the inflatable screen can withstand and poses safety hazard.

Following the recommendation of our vendor and monitoring the weather reports, we will cancel movie night, as the safety of our residents is our top priority.
