Information
The Department of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of roads, public areas and public facilities, beautification projects, and construction management of capital improvement projects. Solid waste, garbage and yard trash pick ups, are handled through Miami-Dade County.

Rain or shine, our crews are ever-present, assisting our residents. This small-town approach continues to exemplify the best of Cutler Bay.

As director of this department, Ralph Casals remains responsive on behalf of the Town and assists residents in resolving any disputes relative to the delivery of Public Works services. He ensures that citizens continue to enjoy safe roadways, clean parks and well-maintained swales.
