Information The Finance Department assists and supports other departments of the Town in meeting their service objectives by allocating and monitoring the Town's financial resources, processing payroll and other financial transactions and procuring goods and services. Robert Daddario is the Town's Finance Director and oversees this Department.
In his capacity as Finance Director, Mr. Daddario manages the daily finance/accounting activities of the Town, including:
Budget preparation and administration;
Preparation of the Town's annual financial statements, including the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report;
Accounts payable/receivable;
Revenue collection;
Cash management;
Procurement management;
Risk management and loss prevention; and
Payroll
