Citizens and contractors who need permits, inspections and plan reviews can visit Town Hall for complete service courtesy of the Town's contractor, CSA Southeast, Inc. CSA Southeast has extensive experience in providing building department services for several cities throughout South Florida, including City of Coral Gables, City of Aventura, City of North Bay Village, Village of Key Biscayne, Town of Miami Lakes, City of Miami, City of Miami Beach, Village of Pinecrest, City of Marathon, City of Florida City, and the Village of Wellington.

The Building Department accepts checks, money orders, Visa, or Mastercard.

If you require an inspection, please download the Inspection Request Form  and either deliver the completed form to the office during regular business hours or you may fax it to 305-234-5873.
