County Mayor Gimenez Signs New Emergency Order
Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Gimenez has signed a new Order that states all essential businesses currently open use reasonable efforts to ensure customers and employees maintain appropriate social distancing. Read the order here.
Meal Distribution at M-DCPS :
Beginning Monday, March 30th, Miami-Dade County Public Schools will be setting up various Student Meal Distribution Sites all over the County that will provide Grab-and-Go meals for students between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Click here to view a list of the sites.
Census 2020: Don't Forget to Get Counted!
If you haven't already, don't forget to get counted in the 2020 Census. You should have received your invitation in the mail and it can be completed online, by phone or by mail.
Did you notice the fire and smoke today at Nature Glenn Nature Preserve? Of course not—you've been Safer at Home! But just in case did, the fire was a controlled burn, and both Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management's forestry staff were on-site managing the burn.
